VirtualDN user "angisson" files dispute against user "commes" for a domain and trademark vs. a domain and trademark.

angisson owns the trademark "vLoan" and domain "vLoans.com".
commes owns the trademark "vLoan.com" and domain "vLoan.com".

angisson's lawyer is Tide for this case and commes' is violentJ.

Dispute file claims that angisson owns rights to the domain vLoan.com because he owns the trademark of "vLoan", and wants the domain vLoan.com for $5 (registration fee).

This trial has been rescheduled.

commes will keep vLoan.com because he rightly trademarked it as a domain, since it includes the extention and could be nothing BUT a domain. But, commes must set it to redirect to vLoans.com without any meaning of disruption between the time a user types in the domain to after it gets to vLoans.com. This implies an HTTP redirect of 1 second. This way, a user that types in vLoan.com would not know the difference, except by 1 second. And the last part to the verdict: any other domains from now on similar to or easily confused from "vLoan" are the property of angisson, registered or not. Trademars containing "vLoan" w/o angisson's permission aregoing to be denied. Development of vLoan.com other than what I described is not allowed

Compu, i may not be able to make it an aunt is in town from Paris, so yeah in the morning my parents are gonig to decide if were going early or not, so i might make it or i might not, jsut thought'd i'd notify you in advance.
