While ABC is a TV network will i run into TM issues with this name?
It can be used for a lot more such as early education and it just sounds cool.

Yeah, most definately. I'd just leave it parked or develop it into something that has nothing to do with television. Make it into an education site  |

I don't think there will be any problems with ABC as long as you put the note at the bottom saying it is just a game, and don't have anything at ALL to do with television.
