I have noticed that this forum isn't very active at all, and I have also noticed the reason behind that. You are locking old topics, some not actually very old. Some of them I really wanted to respond to, but they were locked. If you want to get some more activity in the forums you should really unlock them.

There is no need to bring back old topics, as they are out dated, and the information in most cases are wrong, also this is done as a precausion to prevent spam.

You could always spam with new topics, this prevents only from people talking in the forums, nothing else.

Like i said earlier, there is no need to bring back a topic that is more than a week old, as chances are the information is outdated, and thereby provides incorrect information.Yes, i suppose you could spam with new topics, but iocking topics more than 7 days old, are just another precausion, to make it so that if there is a spammer, he will have less threads to spam in.  There are plenty of threads that are not locked, and that people are able to talk in.

Personally, I think that it's okay to bring back topics a week old, and right now with little traffic, we need as much as we can get.

But, thanks - I'm really busy and am working on the reseller thing, too. Anyway, 7 days isn't much and I'd suggest something more like 3 weeks...

Well, your the boss, so therefore its your call, so i guess 3 weeks it is!  I dont much agree with this, but its up to you.

Yes, i understand why, and i guess the standard time frame is 3 weeks, instead of 1 week.
