Well, I don't know much about laws and cecist and decist letters and things like that so i was hoping some one could help me to develop this domain, it would be a partnership, and you would probably have to teach me a bit on laws and that, but im o.k. with that.

A cecist and decist letter is mainly used to inform the person(s) responsible for the infringement to remove the said problem usually it states whom made the complaint, what the complaint is about, what actions need to be taken to correct the situation, and what fines may have been requested by the complaintent. In a usual circumstance there are no fines or penatalites providing the the content is removed. If it is not then it can start into a legal battle which could cost the one whom made the infringement lots of money!
