well, don't take this too hard, but it really needs a LOT of improvement. Black text on white? Not so sure about that.... It looks a bit bland, and the login place really makes it look bad. I like the logo though, very clean.

1. The login I was thinking about moving it to the top of the page somewhere but I haven't decided on it yet.
2. Black text on a white background! Whats wrong with that? Seems to be a good contrast to me and easy to read.
3. Bland! At the moment I'd have to agree on that as I need to finish up the work on the content then it should look better.
Thanks for comment on the logo I'm trying for an all around simple, clean site.
